The equipment is a gantry type main structure with a 6-DOF Manipulator. The processing light adopts doublelight source mode which combines long pulse laser and ultra-short pulse laser. It satisfies the processing requirements of large parts, such as coated special-shaped and circular film holes.
Features
High-performance helical scanning system can be programmed to scanarbitrary trajectory, it prepares high precision profiled/circular pass by assisting Z-axis feeding.
The workpiece is fixed on the end flange of the manipulator, themovements are realized under the DOF characteristic of the manipulator, which meets the processing requirement sof different hole positions.
It adopts two laser and two optical paths to achieve aperture processing, one way to complete punching
while another way to complete hole repair. The processing time for single hole is less than 60 seconds.
